All Smartkat products are covered by the legal warranty period with a minimum of two years. Now you can tack on an additional 6 months warranty if you register your model online. If you can’t register online please ask us and we will provide you with details about how to get the additional 6 months warranty when you purchase your model.
You can rely on us and our promise is:
- Our customer service is there to help and we will work with you to find the best solution should you ever have a problem with any of our products. Details about our product warranty are available in the operating manual and in our General Terms & Conditions.
- If a Smartkat product fails due to a manufacturing defect, Smartkat will repair or replace the product without charge. Smartkat will use reasonable discretion to determine the validity of warranty claims.
- The warranty period starts on the delivery date. The date of delivery needs to be noted on the warranty card, which is to be completed with all the relevant information and returned to the local dealer.
- If you want to sell your Smartkat, you can transfer the remaining warranty to the subsequent owner.
- Wear and tear on parts and boat are excluded from the warranty.
- All components/parts replaced or repaired under warranty will receive the remaining warranty of the original part or components.
